How to add your company logo

1. Go to Your Account → settings

   

2. Click the space under "Company Logo"

   

3. Select and upload your logo

   

4. A success message will appear

   

5. Click save

   

How to update your company information

1. Go to Your Account → settings

   

2. Update your company name on the indicated field

   

3. Update your company email on the indicated field

   

4. Update your company phone number on the indicated field

   

5. Click save

   

How to change the currency (add zip/postal code)

1. Go to Your Account →settings

   

2. Select your service country from the drop down list

   

3. The currency and the name for the postal/zip code will be changed automatically according to the country you select.

How to enable the widgets auto sequence

1. Go to Your Account → settings

   

2. Turn on the widget auto sequence switch

   

3. Click save

   

How to use the conversion tracking

1. Go to Your Account →settings

   

2. Click on the conversion tracking tab

   

3. On your Launch27 account set the Booking Form Confirmation to redirect to the link shown.

   

4. Type the URL you wish to be redirected after

   

5. Click save

   

How to change your password

1. Go to Your Account →settings

   

2. Click on the password tab

   

3. Type your current password in the indicated field

   

4. Type your new password in the indicated field

   

5. Retype your new password in the indicated field

   

6. Click save

   

How to use your domain to send emails

1. Go to Your Account →settings

   

2. Click on the domain tab

   

3. Enter your current domain where is indicated

   

4. Click Verify Domain

   

How to manage your leads notifications

1. Go to Your Account →settings

   

2. Click on the leads notifications tab

   

3. Turn on or off the email switch to receive or stop receiving email notifications

   

4. Turn on or off the SMS switch to receive or stop receiving SMS notifications

   

5. Add an email to receive extra notifications

   

6. When done click save

   

How to add your social media information

1. Go to Your Account →settings

   

2. Click on the social networks tab

   

3. Add to the corresponding fields each of your social network URL in full format

   

4. Click save
